Custom Design and Build.

Our Process

INFO GATHERING

As a fully custom builder we do not pull from stock plans to sell you a home. ​We thoughtfully tailor your home design to your unique lifestyle. Therefore, ​we will ask you to send us your new home/renovation wish list; including, ​location, size, style, amenities, finishes and your budget. For a new build, this ​information will help us identify properties that we own or know of that might ​be a fit for you. For a renovation, this will ensure we are able to satisfy your ​expectations within your budget.


INITIAL MEETING

This is a time for us to discuss our process and your vision in ​greater detail. It is also a time for us to get to know each other. ​We see building/renovating your home as a long -term ​relationship where it is essential to have open, clear ​communication with mutual trust and respect.


ARCHITECTURAL ​DRAWINGS

During this phase we will work with you to design your dream home with a ​careful eye on your budget. These drawings will help us establish a ​comprehensive feature sheet including allowances and a final package price.


Contract ​signing/

Permitting


From the architectural drawings, we will develop a contract to ​build your new home including all plans, features/specifications, ​and a progress payment schedule. We will then apply for, monitor ​and acquire the permit for your project.


THE BUILD

With permit in hand, we will build your home with our ever-present hands-on ​approach, using the finest subs, and building practices. You will receive a ​selection schedule with contact information to begin personalizing your ​home. We will have periodic progress meetings but are always available to ​answer your questions and assist you with this exciting process.
