At Schillerstrom Homes we start our process by learning what you are looking for in terms of location, style, size, amenities and finishes in relationship to your desired budget. From there we start our personalized, in house design process, all the while balancing your wish list with your budget to ensure that your new home offers both good value and quality craftsmanship.
As a result of the character of the company and its designs, in 2003, Schillerstrom Homes was selected by Midwest Living magazine to design and build their Idea Home. The Heritage Court design, built on Douglas Street in Naperville, premiered in the October / November 2004 issue of Midwest Living magazine. The home hosted over 5000 visitors and the proceeds of the tour benefited the Naper Settlement.
Community involvement has always been a priority at Schillerstrom Homes. Among their many contributions to the community, John Schillerstrom is currently a board member of Northern Illinois Homebuilder Association and was President of the organization in 2005.
In 2005, John and Schillerstrom Homes were chosen as Builder of the Year by NIHBA.
